SHIPPING POLICY

PRE-ORDERS

Most Immense Dreamz drops are released as pre-orders. For pre-order items, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships. This production timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information by email or text as soon as your order is on the way.

Please understand that unexpected production or carrier delays may occur. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@immensedreamz.us. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
