RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited and pre-order nature of Immense Dreamz releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size changes after an order has been placed. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size, or an item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@immensedreamz.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays may occur outside of our control. If tracking shows an issue with your shipment, please contact us and/or the shipping carrier so the situation can be investigated.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.
